Hi All
I am from Flint in north wales just took up metal detecting and really enjoying it .I have A garret ace 250 but just bought A minelbab x terra 705 If any one else has one of these would be intrested to hear what you think

Hi Andy and welcome to the site, There are a lot of Xtera users on here some new like yourself, I used both the 70 and 705 for 2 years with some great results, it punches well above it's weight.

Hi Andy "  Wink welcome aboard m8, I'm a new safari user myself but I had a go on pipsters 705 today & found my first hammered at about 9" (great machine)

Hi Andy,
I have the 705 and i love it, had some super finds including a cut hammered and a very nice roman  Wink.
As geordiefred said we had a little swap of machines yesterday and he had a very, very, very nice hammered
( I was guttered )  Wink, only joking well done Fred
As for the forum Its first class lots of help and friendly addvice  
So have a good look around and enjoy
