This is my favourite pic from 2011 and was taken from the rather warm rally near Ludlow. He had just found a hammered Lizzie I I think and was just how I felt two weeks ago after I found my first in 13 months.

Well I must say , I dont often post up pics of myself but this one is a bit special for me. My Brother has lived away since university, lived in Switzerland and Germany and now lives in Bristol, not far from the rally site. I rarely get to see him as he works all over the world. Sunday he popped over to the rally for a couple of hours and we spent the afternoon detecting. His first time he's ever picked up a detector - He had a loan of the Rutus Jupiter and took to it like a fish to water. Lo and behold he found a belt stud that is either Medieval or Roman waiting for Chef to get back to me on it.

Anyway he took a pic of me and it encapsulates my memory of a nice day with my big bro.   Smiley
