Hi all. I keep finding musket balls some damaged n some not I found about 15 the other day in the same field.  But not found anything else yet got about quarter to go.

What size are they? that will/can determine the age. If you get a 1p piece and put the musket ball on it, now look down if the musket ball completely covers the 1p so you can't see it then it's 17thC Wink

Yeah they cover the penny chef. Must of been some firing in that field. Found coulple of things that kind of like musket balls but bit flatter n with holes in the middle anychance u know what they r chef. Same colur
