Possibly Diocletion 284 - 305. Spink no 696 ae Follis. Could be wrong but my best guess.  :-\

Thanks for that, That is the only ID i have had. I did look in the Spink book but i could'nt find it

That's a good find Steve, I must admit that I'm no good at all when it comes to identifying Roman Coins but it doesn't usualy take long for someone to help.
