yes keep it sensible ,a  pal of mine died on the squash court as he overdid it  and had a heart attack at only 39 years old .his name was Rik too

What a stupid thing to say the majority of deaths are self induced for one reason or another whether by life style or decision.

Iam about to be an Octogenarian and my only keep fit exercise is walking the dog and and detecting. Jerry.

I don't think there is any argument that being fit is better, far more overweight people die of heart attacks early, the young generation now is the first in recorded history that is not expected to live longer than their parents and purely down to being overweight.
