Title: Doc: Spoon for ID please

Found this spoon or fork handle yesterday and had some lettering on the back but cant make t out. And if i clean it any more then i think it'll be even more un-readable

Well looking at the metal/corrosion I would say it's brass and has been electroplated, given that the design is machine punched I would say anywhere from the mid 1800 to the present.

I'd agree with Geoff - Victorianish probably.
