Hi Al, I think you're trying to confuse me and Ben.

The legend on the coin (EDWARDVS REX) is not found on pennies of any of the Edwards.

Where it is found is on halfpennies. This appears to be a halfpenny of the third (florin) coinage of Edward III. Please can you check the size again as it should be 15mm rather than 20mm in diameter.
