hi everyone here is another find from a few years back, i have never seen another, think its a book corne??r, silver with hallmarks what do you think??  mick

I would agree with that Mick - lovely find. My mother has an old diary from the 1870's that has ver similar cornering and a silver centre piece. I am pretty sure you are right with what you think it is.

Could be off a purse or wallet  as they often had silver decorations/embelishments.

It is a silver book corner, I was lucky enough to find four in one spot the book had disappeard unfortunately , it was late victorian silver.
