Great report, a good read as always Neil well done to all  the finders of those superb photos. We came away with a small brass furniture knob and a button! We were one of the spinning wheels in the mud and thanks to whoever gave us a push.
Well done Rob for the land, a return visit would be popular I'm sure. Looking forward to the next rally

Great day out, real nice to be back at DW rallies; everyone is so friendly.  Not much for me today but really pleased for those who found gold and the beautiful dress / hair pin.  Thanks to all the DW organizers

Wow - D Thomas that a cracker of a Tudor silver & gilt pin! Shame it's missing the rest of the pin, but still a beauty. Never knew that came up - quality find and the buckles not bad either!

Well done.

Thanks for organising another great rally lads, had a good day out and found a good few buttons ( 7 in total  Smiley ) and few other bits  Grin. Well done to those who found gold, someone told me a gold coin had been found, but two at a rally is brilliant  Shocked  Wink

I got stuck in the mud on the way home and would like to thank the lad in the green 4x4 for towing me out as my van wasn't budging   Cheesy

Well done some cracking finds, we also had our first rally of the year but finds were not as glamourous as yours,
great finds especially the gold. Grin

Me and husband (bristolminelab) had a great day - several fields to play in (even if we couldn't see them in the mist for a while), not too muddy - many thanks to the organisers and to the land owner for letting us wander about his fields.

A big congratulations to the finders. What a rally, some amazing finds. What more could you ask for. Another great write up from Neil, brilliant read. Just a shame me and HAMMERRHOID couldn't have gone but hope to see everyone on the next Detectingwales.com rally.
