It looks like Gordian III to me look up his coins on Google images.

That's a bit different to the usual - it's a Severus Alexander dupondius.

Sorry, it's probably a Sestertius rather than a Dupondius -  the Dupondius has a radiate bust.


The full ID:

Severus Alexander, AE sestertius, 229 AD. IMP SEV ALEXANDER AVG, laureate head right, draped left shoulder / LIBERALITAS AVGVSTI IIII, S-C, Liberalitas standing left, holding abacus and cornucopiae. RIC 575.
